Omaha neighborhoods

Why the area pages differ
A 1915 four-square in Field Club and a 2018 two-story in Gretna need different gutter work. The older house may have built-in box gutters, half-round runs and mature trees over the roof; the newer one usually has long eaves, big roof planes and a yard still settling around the foundation. Each area page describes the houses, trees and weather we see there and the jobs people call about most.
